My work relates, in a critical and humorous way, to globalization in its direct
relationship to underdevelopment.
I undertake the character-roles that represent different instances of development
and underdevelopment, transforming each character or situation into a
mediatic farce.
My projects confront the stereotypes perceived by oppossite or contadicting cultures,
the perceptions spread virtually by the media, and the paradoxes that arise from the
confrontation between both worlds. In general an absurd clash of cultures that keeps
us constantly on the verge of conflict and confusion.
My work fluctuates between an idiosincratic view of the world, a personal vision
and the public sphere, while I try to reveal a visual world lost in the absurd.
